The light green leaves of the True Devotion rose form a backdrop for light pink, highly fragrant 3.5"" double flowers that are packed with 50+ petals each! Part of the True Bloom Roses collection, this highly vigorous climbing hybrid tea shrub is also very disease resistant, and makes an amazing display against a wall, on a trellis, or gracing an arbor. Excellent in borders, mixed groupings, open landscapes, and containers too. Named Best Climbing Rose at the American Rose Center 2023 International Rose Trials, True Devotion blends the beauty of a traditional rose with the easy-care, disease-resistant nature of a shrub rose. It grows on its own rootstock and will arrive fully rooted in its container. This is a rose for people who don't think they can successfully grow roses. Dig a planting hole of 2 feet by 2 feet, with 2 to 3 feet of space between plants. Roses do best in a well-drained, loamy soil containing organic compost. Water thoroughly after planting and water two to three times per week after new growth. Plant where it will receive at least six hours of sunlight per day. Feed during spring, summer, and early fall (mild areas) with a water-soluble 20-20-20 fertilizer. Prune in early spring to rejuvenate the plant.
